Two more months til Christmas!!!! Isn’t that exciting?? Ok, maybe a little too far away to start counting.

That brings me to my next point. I am going to be taking a break from my business for the next few months and regrouping. I will be relaxing and refocusing on myself and my family and my surroundings and taking a breather from Coaching and all else that my business entails. I want to still keep in touch with all of you so to do that I will be sending a quote for the week then you will know that I am thinking about you and you will know I’m still here and you can think about me and send me all of your good vibes.

Nutritional Tip -
“Live close to the land” is a great rule of thumb. If your grand parents and great grandparents would recognize it as an edible substance then you are good to go. Shop the perimeter of your grocery store, the processed stuff is in the middle and I’m pretty sure your Great Grandparent wouldn’t recognize a Twinkie.
