Re(visions) #96 Personal update

Thursday, September 3rd, 2009

Good morning,

An update on me - this is our last week of summer holidays.  The kids go back to school on the 8th and it will be time to bring my business into full-time mode since both kids will be in school full time.  I am beginning a new stage of life and while I appreciate the opportunity I had to stay at home with my kids I am looking forward to this new phase with enthusiasm.  I’m ready to do my happy dance on Tuesday. :)  I am not sure what my business will look like yet in full-time mode but ideas and avenues are opening up for me and I can only hope that I can make the right decsisions and appreciate decisions that I make that aren’t so right as learning tools.  Thank you to my readers for supporting me and reading my weekly contributions and for responding to them too - I love hearing from you.  I will keep you updated.

Nutritional Tip -

Fall Vegetables - take advantage of the fall, fresh vegetables - squash is a great example.  It is loaded with good stuff for our bodies to thrive - potassium, vitamin c, vitamin b1, folate, fibre, vitamin a and so much more.  I had a friend tell me that she put squash in her meatloaf and it was really yummy.  She just added 1 1/2 to her recipe and maybe a few more oats and that was it.  They don’t really like squash so this was a great way to get their nutrients and not have to taste it!  Awesome idea,  I am going to try it.  To learn more about squash click here ,
